Sparkling Wine

Sparkling wine is a type of wine that contains considerable levels of carbon dioxide. One of the best-known types of sparkling wine is Champagne, but there are many other examples such as Espumante (Portugal), Cava (Spain), and Asti (Italy). Sparkling wines are traditionally white or rosé wines, but red sparkling wines can also be found.
