Tasting Notes

The wine has a clear, brilliant colour and a nicely open nose with aromas of berry fruit (blackberry and bilberry) and more subtle notes of spice and tobacco leaf. The clean, forthright attack leads quickly into silky, well-rounded tannins, full of charm and elegance. Showing a fine balance between structure and aromatic persistence (cherry, vanilla, toast), the wine lengthens into an elegant, complex and flavoursome finish.
