Fortified Wine

Fortified wine is a wine that in its manufacturing process incorporates special processes to improve its stability and increase its alcohol content, without ever losing the quality of being 100% made from grapes. These are wines that have a high sweetness and an alcohol content normally between 17 and 20%, but can reach 22%.
