Manual harvesting, from the vineyards present in the Canivães Valley with around 35 years of age, from the varieties Tinto Cão, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca.
Malolactic fermentation in barrels and subsequent aging 12 months in new barrels and 12 months in used barrels. Dishes rich in seasoning, baked or stewed. Soft cheeses. Serve at 16ºC. Ready to drink now, it will age well in the bottle over 15 years.
