Producer Notes 2011
This wine was made with Touriga Nacional, Aragonez and Alfrocheiro. Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and smooth skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. Maturation for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
Intense garnet color, sui generis aroma and flavor with great harmony, elegance and notorious persistence, which make it distinctive to accompany sublime delicacies. Goes well with fish baked in the oven, roasted or stewed red meats and aged cheeses.
