Producer Notes 2017
In the oldest vineyards in the sub-region there is a careful selection of grapes with a greater degree of maturation. These are exclusively transported in 20kg boxes, pressed whole with skin maceration. The must is claried at 12ºC for 48 hours, fermented and aged in French oak barrels for several months.
Crystal clear, straw yellow/colour, intense variety fragrance, oral and fruity with citrus notes, well integrated in wood (honey, vanilla and spices). In the mouth it is balanced, fresh and full bodied presenting a lush, complex and persistent end.
