Grape varieties: Encruzado and Malvasia Fina
Oenologists: Carlos Magalhães and Manuel Vieira
Manual harvest in boxes of 15kg.
Grapes destemmed directly pressed in a pneumatic press and cold static decanting. 70% of the batch was fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature and 30% had alcoholic fermentation in french oak barrels with “bâtonagge”.
Very complex white wine with great freshness and minerality.
Stabilized naturally, is likely to create some deposite.
Should be served at a temperature between 8 - 10ºC.
