LAGOALVA DE CIMA SYRAH AND TOURIGA NACIONAL RED
Mechanically harvested in September and October, during the night to preserve the aromas, the grapes were immediately processed in our cellar. After 3 days of pre-fermentative maceration, alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 24ºC. The masses were pressed in a hydraulic press and the malolactic fermentation took place in French oak barrels, where it aged for 12 months.
With an intense garnet color, it has a complex aroma of ripe black fruits, spices and vanilla. In the mouth it has good volume, the tannins are elegant and ends long.
