Portion selected and conducted specifically for rosé. Manual harvest, with choice. Crushing with direct pressing. Fermentation. Stage 5 months nor stainless steel vats.
Made from the Syrah variety. Beautiful slightly pink color, with a discreet but well-tuned aroma, reminiscent of fruits of the forest. More expressive in the mouth, full, dry, with very good acidity and freshness, light tannin, perfect for the table. Very gastronomic and able to accompany a wide variety of summer dishes, such as salads, entrees, fish and seafood.
