Quinta da Alorna Sauvignon Blanc White
After tight control of ripeness, the grapes are harvested manually. After immediate soft pressing, the must is clarified and fermentation begins at 16ºC. A small percentage of the blend (10%) is fermented in new American oak barrels. Before bottling the wine is blended, stabilized and filtered.
