QUINTA DAS CARVALHAS LATE BOTTLED VINTAGE
Fermentation for Quinta das Carvalhas LBV takes place in traditional granite lagares with treading feet, for greater extraction, thus ensuring the necessary concentration for this style of Porto. The internship takes place in oak vats for a period of 4 to 6 years.
The LBV presents a very balanced bouquet with notes of black cherry and hints of rock rose complexed with black chocolate and light touches of wood. Very full-bodied and fruity, showing density and firmness with a very long and persistent finish.
