LUIS PATO VINHA PAN RED
Wine from the Baga grape grown on chalky-clay soil in a place called Panasqueira, in a hillside turned to south, where at the end of August was made a harvest of precision of 50% to the production of the Sparkling Baga. The second harvest (to this wine) was made at the end of September, what gave the wine an unusual concentration when compared with other wines from the same grape.
To be dished up with duck and red meats. To keep for more than fifteen years.
