Mainly Touriga Nacional.
Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures.Primary fermentation lasted 10 days bellow 24ºC at mill stone.
Deep ruby with purple tones. Intense aromas of black fruits, fresh mint, baking spices and toast carry though on the palate, supported by bright acidity and finely polished tannins. The finish is complex expressing chocolate truffle and minerality.
