Producer Notes 2014
Only the best traditional Douro vines from old vineyards.
The grapes are picked at their optimal stage of ripeness within 10 days during the third September week and transported in small 20 kg containers to the modern Winery. The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks at strictly controlled temperature.
Color: Lively deep and purple color.
Aroma: It presents a fine and distinct aroma, with typical Touriga Nacional character with red fruits and floral tips. The wood presents itself very discreet and well integrated into the wine.
Flavor: On the palate, it shows a great volume that sustains the power of the wine. Great balance at the same time that it's so easy to taste and enjoy.
