Producer Notes 2016
Grapes harvested by grape varieties and plots for 20Kg boxes and placed in the cold (in a cold room) at 5 / 6ºC. After destemming, they are crushed. The must is pneumatically pressed (Pneumatic press) and decanted until it reaches the necessary clarity. It fermented at a temperature between 14 / 16ºC in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks, in order to enhance the primary aromas. The wine was subjected to a collage before being bottled.
This wine has a salmon color. On the nose the wine is complex, fresh with floral notes characteristic of Touriga Nacional. In the mouth it is fine and elegant, with a good character of very fresh fruit. An excellent balance with a very fine and long finish.
