Manual harvesting in the early hours of the day for 12kg boxes. After rigorous selection and sorting, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
In color it presents a pale yellow tone, very smooth and not very pronounced. The aromatic intensity is very marked by citrus aromas, especially orange blossom, and white fruit, but it also displays aromas of a mineral nature. In the mouth it has a good acidity, pleasant texture and a freshness that stands out in a moderately long finish.
