Manual harvesting in the early hours of the day in 12kg boxes. After rigorous selection and sorting, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
Pink in color and very luminous, it is expressive on the nose, with notes of jam and strawberry. In the mouth it is shown to be fine and with good gastronomic aptitude, with balanced acidity and some vegetable notes to complete the tasting.
