Total destemming, 48-hour skin maceration, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC. 50% of the wine made alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels, followed by 6 months of betonnage.
Intense citrus color with slight greenish tones. Complex and distinct aroma. Fruity, fresh, notorious mouth volume, elegant and harmonious.
