Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon, Aragonez, Castelão, Syrah
The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed after arriving at the cellar. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (25ºC) with prolonged maceration in French oak vats. 18 months aging in new and second year French oak barrels.
Deep garnet color. On the nose it reveals minerality and aromas of plums, blackberries and spices. In the mouth it is smooth, with robust and complex tannins, which give it great aging potential. The red fruits merge with the structure and freshness, a combination of great elegance. It ends with persistent notes of black fruit.
Grilled and roasted meats, game dishes, sausages and cheeses.
