The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed after arriving at the cellar. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (25ºC) in stainless steel vats.
Citrine colored wine, soft and fresh, with pineapple and mango aromas standing out in the tropical aromas, combined with floral notes of rose. The tasting is elegant and engaging, with a fragrant and long finish.
It goes well with fish, white meat and pasta dishes.
