CASTELO DO SULCO SELEÇÃO DOS ENÓLOGOS WHITE

The grapes were carefully selected and fully destemmed on arrival at the winery. Fermentation took place in mills with robotic treading at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. The must, clarified, fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats. After gluing and filtering, it was bottled to keep its character fresh and fruity.
Citrine colored wine. Fruity and fresh aroma. Good acidity and balanced in the mouth, with a very pleasant finish.
