Grape varieties: Castelão, Cabernet, Touriga Nacional and Alicante Bouschet
Vinification: Fermented in winepress with pre and post fermentation maceration at 28ºC.
Aging: Stage in French oak for 18 months and in bottle for 12 months.
Expected Longevity: 8 years
Color: Accented Ruby
Aroma: Red fruits, black plum
Flavor: firm tannins, balanced acidity, elegant and deep.
Service suggestions: meats and soft cheeses
Storage in basement: Bottles lying down, at an ambient temperature of 13ºC and humidity of 60%.
