Verdelho (60%) and Arinto (40%)
Fermentation was carried out with battonage in French oak barrels, at a controlled temperature of 14 ºC, followed by a 4-month aging in the same barrels. This was followed by a stainless steel deposit on the fine lees.
It can accompany fish or white meat dishes, with some complexity of preparation.
