Alicante Bouschet (60%) and Trincadeira (40%)
The best wines of 2007 resulted in two great wines, with different profiles: Obsession and this Reserva-DO. Pre-fermentative cold maceration was carried out, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature, in French oak vats; a 3-month post-fermentative maceration followed. All wine aged in new French oak barrels for 24 months. After bottling, a bottle aging followed.
It can accompany delicate dishes, but of high complexity.
