VINEYARD CLASSIFIED: The grapes come from a selection of the vineyards of the property, the place of Las Lamas located in the village of Corullón.
SOIL: Lower Cambrian Period. Thick sheet structure slates, positioned horizontally and obliquely, clays predominate. Heavy erosion ensures constant rejuvenation of the soil, with only 45cm deep. Moderately acid soil, very acid in the rock material with high iron tenure, balanced by a lack of bases.
VITICULTURE: Adaptation of traditional agriculture practiced in the Bierzo.
For good tune this wine should be stored at a maximum temperature of 14°C.
Best moment for consumption from its tenth year in the bottle. We recommend decanting at least 1 hour before. Very high aging potential.
