Syrah da Peceguina

Grapes were hand picked into 12 Kg boxes and selected at the sorting table. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel lagares with temperature control and traditional maceration. Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels.
It was the youngest of our clan, our little Benedita of only two, who designed this label. We all learn with our vineryards every year, and every year our dedication is honoured with the irreprehensible behaviour of certain wine grapes. In 2010, a year of contrasting wine production, was the year of our Syhra! you can hope to have in your glass an impetuous wine, virile and meaty, which delights us with its ripe fruit, and impressive body. You can store it for the next ten years. A thick Syrah.
