Fiuza Touriga Nacional - Red Wine

Beginning of October.
Controlled fermentation in open tanks at 25ºC, with hang plunging, followed by ageing in french and american oak barrels for 6 months follow by 3 months ageing in bottle.
Deep red with dark center. Ripe plum fruit scent and chocolate and coffee hints. Smooth supported by fine-grained tannins. Long and smooth finish. Ideal with red meat dishes, game and cheeses.
