The grapes were grown in our vineyard and picked by hand, carried in small boxes of 12kgs early in the morning to the winery and sorted destemming and lightly crushed. Grapes were selected and gently pressed. Fermentation occured in controlled temperature in stainless steel.
Antão Vaz da Peceguina shows himself in the nose with citrus notes followed by tropicals flavors. In the mouth, it is fat but not aggressive with acidity as well as fruity freshness.
